As a movement teacher and violinist, I’ve learned the importance of allowing my body the time it needs to rejuvenate and recover. Balancing the rigorous demands of both my passions requires a delicate blend of rest and effort. While I honor my body’s need for rest through mindful practices and gentle movement, I also recognize the value in pushing my limits. This dual approach not only restores my energy but also fosters growth and resilience. By finding this equilibrium, I can approach both movement and music with renewed enthusiasm and vitality, continually improving while maintaining my well-being.
